Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using GuestMark — whether as an event organiser or as an invited guest — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. What GuestMark does
GuestMark is an event invitation, RSVP, and communications platform operated by Brand Launch Solutions (Pty) Ltd, Johannesburg, South Africa. It allows event organisers to:
- Create and manage events
- Send invitations via email and WhatsApp
- Collect and track RSVP responses
- Manage guest check-in, tickets, and correspondence
3. Organiser responsibilities
If you use GuestMark as an event organiser, you agree that:
- You have obtained appropriate consent from guests before sending them communications
- You will not use GuestMark to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that violates applicable law
- You are responsible for the accuracy of event details and guest data you upload
- You will comply with POPIA, GDPR (where applicable), and WhatsApp Business Platform policies
4. Guest use
As an invited guest, you may use GuestMark to submit your RSVP response and view event details. Your personal data is collected and used as described in our
Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use GuestMark to:
- Send fraudulent, misleading, or illegal communications
- Harvest or misuse personal data of guests
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
6. Intellectual property
GuestMark and its underlying software are the property of Brand Launch Solutions (Pty) Ltd. Event content (artwork, text, guest lists) remains the property of the respective organiser.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brand Launch Solutions (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GuestMark, including but not limited to loss of data, failed message delivery, or event disruptions.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep GuestMark available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of GuestMark after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
